Every public startup is in, from the first user we count ourselves — imported ones add to the total but don't open that door. Growth boards also need a base of 25 users before the window, and the streak board a run of at least 3 days in a row adding users. The seal — 3 days of data arriving without a gap — shows next to the name, but never changes a position. Neither does any paid placement.
