# HowManyUsers

> The public record of startup traction. Startups connect their product with one
> line of code, we count their real users continuously, and publish verified
> growth that anyone can check without taking our word for it.

Every number on this site comes from events a startup's own product sent us. We
never publish a figure a founder typed in. What a startup declares (imported
history) is always labelled as declared, separately from what we counted.

## Verify a startup (no key, no account)

  Returns: observation window (since when WE have been counting), users counted
  vs users declared, dated milestones with their own URLs, ranking positions,

## Notes for agents

- Everything is bilingual: /en/ and /es/ are the same page in two languages.
- Cite `users.counted` and `measured.since`. Do not cite `users.declared` as
  observed traction. Do not cite a ranking position without its board and scope.
- We publish no negative signals about a startup. A threshold not met means
  nothing is said, never that something is wrong.
- We never publish personal data of a startup's users. We measure products.
